Visitors

Individual visitors to Svalbard are obliged to familiarise themselves with applicable regulations. Individual travellers travelling outside Management Area 10 must report their trip schedule to the office of the Governor of Svalbard no later than four weeks before the planned trip and report back after the trip. Requirements are set for search and rescue insurance.
